James Welch has been at Renegade almost 4 years.  His name may sound familiar if you know much about Renegade Buildings and the founder Kevin Welch.  Yes, they are brothers.  James moved from Florida to Georgia when the opportunity to work at Renegade came available.

His previous experience comes from many years in the auto industry.  He was in a management position with responsibilities at multiple auto service locations.  His focus on customer satisfaction along with taking care of his employees resulted in years of record setting numbers for his stores.  That attention to details and understanding the customer's needs translates well into his position at Renegade Steel Buildings.  When talking to James about what you want and need on your building, he will work through all the details with you to make sure you get what you want.  He will also help guide you with information about what options and configurations will work to make your building most economical.

Outside of work, James is a dedicated husband and father.  He enjoys spending time with his daughter especially when they are hunting or fishing.  Around the office, we often hear him doting on his daughter.  Some of his other interests are playing pool, playing guitar, and cooking.  If you get him to talking about cars, you might get a story or two about his Corvette or Chevelle that he owned in his younger days.
